Based on your recommendations, I ordered a 18×18 inch throw Orthopedic Sleep Pillow from Lulu and Georgia and it arrived in a timely manner today and it was not as advertised. It is 15×13 ( ish ) and not 18×18, which is what I needed to replace a pillow I had with those measurements. I am sick over this. The company told me during my call to them to return it within 30 days for a refund of the amount of the pillow but not the $8.95 S/H charge. I told them they sent me a short pillow-it was not as advertised. They told me to send a picture. Am I the only 76-year young woman that doesn’t have a Smart phone or cell phone? They told me-no matter… I am still responsible for the shipping and handling. So watch it all you folks out there. The tag on the pillow says 18×18 but it isn’t. It is way short. Their customer service is something I can never trust again.

I told them I had been looking at a beautiful rug they had for $155. I wanted to wait and see how this "new-to-me-" company did business. Also, the quality of this throw pillow is lacking. The polyester interior doesn’t even fit down into the corners of the covering. I ordered this to go with all my artwork and the color is pretty but the company is not good on the shipping either. They don’t make it easy to track your order at all. Not impressed with this company and will never do business with them again. It was their fault the size of the Comfortable Sleep Pillow is not as advertised but the customer is the one who pays if it isn’t as expected. Terrible customer service. Not a great quality pillow either. I do agree the company has some beautiful items for sale but today they had an opportunity to make or lose a customer and they lost. When I was self-employed in business and a problem with anything occurred I considered the complaint to be a gift and asked what would make them happy towards a resolution. They also always came back to me. 🙂 That is good customer service.
